I received coaching from Becky to help me, primarily, with time management. Becky was friendly and non-judgmental. We discussed how I wanted my life to look and we agreed regular homework tasks for me to work towards this goal. With Becky’s help I deleted all my social media apps and didn’t even miss them. She has taught me some really helpful strategies to help me to concentrate on work which has freed up time for me in the evenings.
I’ve gone from struggling to get out of bed in the morning, feeling tired & groggy all day and not achieving very much to waking up early, naturally, and getting lots of jobs done from my to do list, at home and at work. I find that I am able to focus on work much better now and I have also decluttered 3 rooms at home. I can’t thank Becky enough for her invaluable assistance in helping me to get to this position.
