I work with individuals of all ages, particularly those in mid-life. My expertise and experience fuel my passion for sharing up-to-date research and advice, helping anyone willing to make small changes live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled life.

I’m especially dedicated to assisting women through perimenopause and menopause, providing the necessary training and tools to maintain physical and emotional health during this time of change.

The Maldod Life Programme
Is a 12-week long programme, 1:1 sessions with myself delivered remotely over Zoom.
The first session is an in-depth audit of your current health and lifestyle, thereafter there are fortnightly sessions covering all areas of health and wellbeing (with focus on the ones most relevant to you).
There is a weekly check-in via email.
It is based on a Lifestyle Medicine approach to health.
Cost for the full 12-week programme is £540 

Coaching sessions
Remote 1:1 coaching sessions via Zoom
Giving you a space to explore thoughts and feelings on a situation and enable you to develop your own strategies to feel empowered, free and confident to move forward. 

Each session is 1 hour long and costs £90 or book a block of 3 sessions for £255. 

We offer a complimentary discovery call for anyone who isn’t sure what service would suit them best.
