Introducing Menopause Mastery, a series of 4 online workshops designed to equip women with the tools, knowledge, and support to confidently navigate the perimenopausal and menopausal stages of life.
At Maldod Life, we’re dedicated to empowering women with evidence-based scientific information to help them take control of their health during this transformative phase. With so much information available, it can be overwhelming to know where to start. That’s why Menopause Mastery provides clear, practical guidance, cutting through the noise to deliver what truly matters.
Each of the 4 educational workshops is priced at £15 and is delivered remotely in small, intimate groups of no more than 15 participants. This creates a supportive space where you can ask questions, share experiences, and learn from others going through similar journeys.

How much does a consultation cost?
The Maldod Life Programme
It is a 12-week long programme, 1:1 sessions with myself delivered remotely over Zoom.
The first session is an in-depth audit of your current health and lifestyle, thereafter there are fortnightly sessions covering all areas of health and wellbeing (although we can focus on the ones most relevant to you).
There will be weekly check-in via email.
It is based on a Lifestyle Medicine approach to health.
Cost for the full 12-week programme is £540
Coaching sessions
Remote 1:1 coaching sessions via Zoom
Giving you a space to explore thoughts and feelings on a situation and enable you to develop your own strategies to feel empowered, free and confident to move forward.
Each session is 1 hour long and costs £80 or book a block of 3 sessions for £225.
